After years of back-breaking toil in ground ravaged by the effects of man-made growing systems, Paul Gautschi has discovered a taste of what God intended for mankind in the garden of Eden. Some of the vital issues facing agriculture today include soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, weed control, pest control, crop rotation, and PH issues. None of these issues exist in the unaltered state of nature or in Paul's gardens and orchards. "Back to Eden" invites you to take a walk with Paul as he teaches you sustainable organic growing methods that are capable of being implemented in diverse climates around the world.
A revolutionary film executive produced by Michael Barrett, this project, very soon after its release on the World Wide Web, went viral. The worldwide impact of BTE continues to show that Paul Gautschi's message and methods are full of the grace and favor of God. As videographers and documentarians, Dana Richardson and Sarah Zentz did an amazing job capturing Paul's story.
Though Michael is no longer involved in the day to day operation of BTE, he remains very close to Paul. Michael is so incredibly grateful for the relationships that stepped up to help fund this project. Michael knew that he heard the Lord's instruction about doing the film, and with the partnership of those that funded the work and the help of Dana and Sarah, the project culminated in August of 2011. Michael stated, "I am so grateful to have been given the vision to do this film project. I love Paul and Carol Gautschi and am so blessed to know them and be involved in their lives. I want to thank everyone who had a role in bringing this vision to completion. I believe we have all been enlarged by our respective involvement. Thank you Father!! Thank you Paul"!
